In 2007, he was promoted to Division Manager and became head of the “Metal joining and cutting” Group. Since October 2011, Peter Kallage is responsible for the applications lab at Coherent in Hamburg. Stefan Ziesemer (Product Line Manager, Profile Welding System @Coherent) Stefan Ziesemer studied Mechanical Engineering at the University Kiel. In 1989 he started as a design engineer for optical components in high-power application in the system engineering department of ROFIN-SINAR Laser GmbH. After taking over the system engineering group responsibility he moved to the project and sales support group in 1992 as project engineer for special systems and applications. After years of growing the tube and profile welding business he took over the responsibility for this specific application from end of 90’ and since 2007 as responsible Product Manager and now with Coherent since 2016 as Product Line Manager.
